JUNIOR CLIENT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

for an amazing opportunity of training and professional growth in sales and media sector.

Role's description and main features:

The main responsibility of the Client Development Manager is to build positive and productive relationships with clients for business growth, to understand client needs and customize existing business solutions to meet their needs and to handle all client's fulfillment requests effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop sticky relationships with clients using relevant channels including presentations, entertainment and events;
Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences and needs;
Expand relationship with clients across a breadth of key stakeholders inclusive of, but not restricted to Media, Procurement, Finance and Sales
Schedule regular meetings occasions, discussions, video-calls and visit client offices to strengthen the relationships;
Develop, manage and execute marketing strategy for current clients, together with the Media Director. Manage all the paperwork/documentation needed (including but not limited to preparing purchase orders);
Inform clients constantly about company products, services and promotions, across Company's service portfolio, both by phone and e-mail;
Write project profiles and in-depth case studies;
Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding fulfillment in general, ensuring that client requests are handled timely and accurately;
Liaise with international offices to develop cross-border opportunities for multi-territory clients;

Reporting to: Media Director

Internal Relations: Sales and Finance

External Relations: Customers and Prospects

Key Qualifications required to take part in the selection:

University degree in Marketing, Media, Communication
Minimum 1 year of experience in Media field, preferably matured in advertising and media agencies
Great oral and written communication skills in Italian and English
Sales and customer-oriented attitude
High motivation, initiative and teamwork
Focus on priorities
High organization

Working Hours: Full Time

Contract: Maternity Leave Replacement, starting with 5 months

Compensation Package: Ral 25.000€ - 28.000€
